Carrot And Orange Salad With Dill - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 navel orange
    6 carrots, about 1 1/4 lb., pared and grated
    1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    1/2 c. fresh orange juice
    1/2 tsp. grated orange zest
    2 Tbsp. fresh dill
Preparation
    Working over a bowl, peel and cut the white membrane away from the orange.
    Slice it into segments and set aside.
