Transparent Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. butter
    1 1/4 c. white sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/4 c. half and half
    5 egg yolks
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream butter, sugar and flour.
    Add beaten egg yolks.
    Add half and half and vanilla.
    Put in unbaked pie crust and bake 15 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Bake 30 to 40 minutes more at 350\u00b0.
    Top with meringue and brown slightly at 350\u00b0.
