Smoked Fish And Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. smoked fish
    3 Tbsp. butter or oleo
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 tsp. salt
    2 c. milk
    3 hard-boiled eggs, cut up
    3 Tbsp. thinly sliced green onions
    buttered, toasted English muffins
    paprika
Preparation
    Bone, skin and flake fish. Melt butter or oleo in saucepan. Blend in flour and salt. Add milk. Cook, stirring until smooth and thickened. Fold in eggs, fish and onions. Serve on buttered muffins or hot biscuits. Sprinkle with paprika.
