Chuck Roast Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 1/2 lb.) boned chuck roast
    2 cans mushroom soup
    6 medium potatoes, peeled and cut in half
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    paprika
Preparation
    Trim fat from meat.
    Place in large baking pan or Dutch oven. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Spoon off fat.
    Arrange potatoes around roast.
    Pour soup over top; cover and bake 2 hours or longer until meat and potatoes are tender.
    Sprinkle with cheese and paprika. Return to oven until cheese is melted.
