Potato Wedges - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    water
    dash of salt
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dried oregano
    1/2 tsp. dried thyme
    dash of cayenne pepper
    1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Clean potatoes; scrub well.
    Cut each potato in half lengthwise.
    Then cut into even wedges, leaving skins.
    Boil potato wedges for 5 minutes in salted water.
    Drain and pat dry. Spread wedges in single layer on lightly greased baking sheet. Sprinkle with oil, spices and herbs.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for about 15 minutes.
    Sprinkle with cheeses.
    Bake for another 10 to 12 minutes or until potatoes are golden and cheeses are melted.
