Meatballs(Swedish) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork
1 c. (each) milk and dried bread crumbs
1/2 c. (each) sour cream and chopped onion
1 small can mushroom pieces
1 pkg. (each) mushroom gravy mix and Lipton dried onion soup
2 eggs
Preparation

Mix well.
Make small balls and brown in oven at 400\u00b0 for short time (or frying pan).
Mix gravy mix and onion soup mix according to package directions.
Add mushroom pieces.
When meatballs are browned, pour gravy mixture over them and continue baking at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Makes 80.
