Consomme Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    1 c. rice (uncooked)
    1 can consomme plus enough water to make 2 c.
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    In large skillet on top of stove, melt margarine.
    Add onion and saute until tender.
    Add rice and brown a little.
    Add liquid, salt and parsley.
    Place in covered casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Check in 30 minutes for consistency.
