Sliced Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium even potatoes
    1 tsp. salt
    2 to 3 Tbsp. melted butter
    2 to 3 Tbsp. chopped parsley, chives, etc.
    4 Tbsp. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Peel potatoes if the skin is tough, otherwise rinse and pat dry.
    Cut potatoes into thin slices, but not all the way through. Use a handle of a wooden spoon to prevent knife from cutting all the way.
    Place potatoes in a micro-safe dish and sprinkle with chives, parsley and melted butter.
    Microwave on High for 10 minutes, turning the potatoes after 5 minutes.
    Let rest for 5 minutes.
    Sprinkle with cheeses.
    Microwave for another 4 to 6 minutes on High until cheeses are melted and potatoes are soft. Sprinkle with salt.
