Swedish Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. regular rice or instant rice
    4 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 sticks cinnamon
    6 whole cloves or pinch of ground cloves
    1 c. sugar
    3 to 4 beaten eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cook
    rice,
    milk, salt, cinnamon and cloves for 1 hour in
    a double boiler.
    Stir occasionally.\tRemove spices.\tAdd sugar, eggs
    and\tvanilla.
    Pour\tinto
    greased
    casserole. Sprinkle lightly with cinnamon.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
