Tater Tot Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. chopped onion
1 lb. ground beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen Tater Tots
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Grease a shallow 2-quart baking dish. Cook beef and onion on medium heat until it loses its red color; spoon off excess fat.
Season with salt and pepper.
Spread meat in baking dish.
Cover with undiluted soup and top with single layer of Tater Tots.
Bake 45 minutes or until it is hot and bubbly in center.
