Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) pkg. cherry gelatin
1 1/2 c. water
2 tsp. orange rind, grated
1 (16 oz.) can whole cranberry sauce
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped pecans
bibb lettuce
Preparation

Mix and put into a lightly greased 1 1/2-quart mold.
Chill overnight.
Serves 10 to 12.
