Upside-Down Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) jar pizza sauce
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 tsp. dried oregano
    8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, grated
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. flour
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Brown beef and onion.
    Pour off fat.
    Blend in pizza sauce, garlic salt, 1/2 teaspoon salt and oregano.
    Put mixture into 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
    Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese.
    In small bowl, mix eggs, milk, oil, 1/2 teaspoon salt and flour.
    Pour over mixture and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
    May also add before batter, mushrooms and bell peppers.
