Quick And Tasty Orange Roughy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 to 1 1/2 lb. orange roughy fillets, thawed
1 small can sliced mushrooms
1/4 c. chopped onions
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. dry stuffing mix or crushed croutons
1/2 c. melted butter
Preparation

Sprinkle onions and mushrooms over the bottom of an oblong glass dish.
Arrange fillets over vegetables, overlapping only the thin part of the fillets.
Season the fish with salt and pepper. Sprinkle the lemon juice over all.
Top with crushed croutons; pour butter over all.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes, covered, and for 5 minutes more, uncovered.
