Boiled Crabs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 gal. water
    2 oz. cayenne pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    5 doz. live crabs
Preparation
    Bring water to a boil with cayenne pepper and salt.
    Add crabs. Cover and bring to boil again.
    When steam appears from the edge of the lid, cook for 10 minutes.
