Zucchini Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. diced zucchini
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 c. Parmesan
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 c. Cheddar
    1 c. Bisquick
    1 onion
    salt and pepper
    garlic powder
    3 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation
    Grease 9-inch pie pan.
    Mix all ingredients.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
    Let cool 10 minutes and serve hot or cold.
    Enjoy.
    Stays in refrigerator for 1 week.
