Dutch Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. red potatoes (8 medium)
    4 oz. sliced bacon, crisp cooked, drained and crumbled (5 slices)
    6 oz. Gouda cheese, julienne cut into 1-inch sticks
    1/2 c. mayo or salad dressing
    1/2 c. light cream
    1/2 c. onions, chopped
    1/4 to 1/3 c. mustard
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in boiling water for 20 to 25 minutes or until tender; drain.
    Peel and cut potatoes into 1/2-inch cubes.
    In a large bowl, combine potatoes, bacon, cheese and onions.
    Combine mayonnaise, cream, mustard and pepper.
    Add to potatoes.
    Toss to coat.
    Cover and chill for 6 to 24 hours.
    Makes at least 12 side dish servings.
