Chili Cheese Log - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. American cheese
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 to 1/2 c. chopped pecans
2 Tbsp. chili powder
Preparation

Have cheese at room temperature and mix both until well blended.
Stir in garlic powder and pecans.
Form into a log about 10-inches long.
Spread chili powder on waxed paper and coat the outside of cheese with chili powder by rolling over the waxed paper.
\"Chill.\"
Slice and serve with crackers or Melba toast.
