Deep Fried Fish Fillets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 egg
    2 c. milk
    1 c. Progresso Italian seasoning
Preparation
    Rinse fillets off well in cold water; drain off excess water. Roll fillets in flour.
    Make mixture of the egg and milk.
    Dip floured fillets into this mixture, then roll in Italian seasoning. Place in deep fryer; fry until golden brown and float on top of oil.
