Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    5 eggs
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1 c. butter
    1/2 to 1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 qt. plus 1 c. pecans
Preparation
    Put first 5 ingredients in mixing bowl; mix well.
    Stir in nuts and mix well.
    Bake in tube pan at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
