Hominy Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 or 3 green onions, chopped
2 (15 oz.) cans yellow hominy, drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 small jar mild Mexican Cheez Whiz
1 small bag corn chips (you only need 1 c. crushed)
Preparation

Mix all together (except corn chips).
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Top with 1 cup crushed corn chips.
Cook 10 minutes more.
Serves 8.
