Ingredients

1 Tbsp. reduced calorie mayonnaise
2 slices French bread
2 tsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. Dijon-style dressing
1 Tbsp. snipped parsley
Preparation

In a small mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise and the mustard.
Spread onto one side of the bread slices.
Sprinkle tops with parsley and Parmesan cheese.
