Chicken Marsala - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 boneless chicken breasts
lemon juice
salt and pepper
1/2 c. flour
1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 large onion, chopped
1/2 to 1 c. dry Marsala wine or dry sherry
butter (for sauteing)
Preparation

Separate chicken breasts into cutlets and sprinkle them with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Set aside.
Saute mushrooms and onion in butter until transparent.
Remove from pan. Dip chicken in flour and saute in melted butter in same pan on each side until golden brown. Add mushrooms and onion mixture and wine. Cover and simmer over low heat 20 to 30 minutes.
Serve with wild rice.
