Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 gal. popped corn
    2 c. brown sugar
    2 sticks margarine
    1/2 c. molasses
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 c. peanuts (optional)
Preparation
    Boil sugar, margarine and molasses for 1 minute.
    Add soda; stir and pour quickly over popped corn.
    Mix until coated.
    Place on baking sheets.
    Bake in 225\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes; stir every 15 minutes.
    Pour out on wax paper; cool.
    Separate and store in airtight container.
