Cream Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    mixed vegetables
    1 small onion, minced or dehydrated onions
    1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    2 c. milk
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. celery salt
    sliced American cheese
Preparation
    In saucepan, gently cook butter and onion for 2 to 3 minutes. Stir in flour, salt and mustard and then milk. Add pepper, celery and salt.
    Arrange layer of drained vegetables, layer of cheese and layer of sauce.
    Repeat and end with cream sauce. Top with crumbs and frozen pieces of onion rings.
    Bake 1/2 hour in a 350\u00b0 oven.
