Corn Bread Dressing(For Chicken Or Turkey) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. onion, finely chopped
1 c. celery, finely chopped
3/4 c. melted margarine
4 c. crumbled corn bread
2 1/2 c. crumbled dry bread or biscuits
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning or sage
1 c. cooked giblets, finely cut
2 c. broth from cooked giblets
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, mixing well.
Bake in a well-greased 9 x 13-inch pan for 25 minutes, covered.
Bake uncovered for 10 minutes longer in a 350\u00b0 oven.
(This amount of dressing can be used to stuff a 5 to 6 pound bird.)
