Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 chicken breasts, cooked
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    1 c. sour cream
    1 stack Ritz crackers (from 3 pkg. box)
    2 tsp. poppy seed
    1 1/2 sticks margarine
Preparation
    Skin chicken and bone.
    Put chicken in buttered casserole dish.
    Mix soup with lemon juice and sour cream and pour over chicken.
    Combine poppy seed with crushed crackers and sprinkle over soup mixture.
    Melt margarine and pour over top.
    Bake 30 minutes until bubbly, at 350\u00b0.
