Chicken Enchilada - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. boiled chicken, deboned and cubed
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
4 oz. can green chilies, chopped
1 tsp. chili powder
4 tsp. minced onion
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1 c. chicken broth
8 to 16 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
4 c. Doritos (approximately)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Mix soup, chilies, spices, Tabasco and chicken broth.
Blend well.
Cover bottom of large casserole with 1/2 of the Doritos, 1/2 chicken, then 1/2 soup mix and 1/2 of the cheese. Repeat layers.
Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
