Asparagus-Tomato Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large eggs
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 1/2 c. half and half
    2 c. grated Swiss cheese
    10 fresh asparagus spears
    1 medium tomato
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Bake 10-inch pie shell 10 minutes. Beat eggs with next 4 ingredients. Stir in cheese. Chop asparagus for bottom of pie shell.
    Pour in liquid. Bake 20 minutes. Arrange asparagus and tomato on top (pinwheel design). Bake 20 to 30 minutes.
