Jewish Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 lb. cream cheese (two 8 oz. pkg.)
    2 tsp. melted butter (add while blending)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together on medium speed of mixer.
    Pour into a spring-form cake pan and bake at 325\u00b0 for about 45 minutes. Then brown top in your broiler.
    Watch carefully, as it will brown quickly.
