Squash Casserole(Serves 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 small or 3 large yellow squash
    1 small onion
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    6 to 8 oz. Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cut squash into pieces and cook with small onion until tender. Drain and mash.
    Add eggs (beaten) and milk.
    Stir in shredded Cheddar cheese.
    Pour into greased casserole and top with buttered bread crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until bubbly.
