Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. white rice
    2 bunches broccoli
    1/2 block velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Bring rice to a boil.
    Drain and let sit.
    Cut off heads of broccoli from stalk, dice both stack and head.
    Cut block of cheese into squares or slices. Mix together in a large bowl and add salt and pepper to taste.
    Place into a baking dish and cook 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Top with additional cheese while still hot.
