French Breakfast Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. shortening
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1 1/2 c. sifted flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Beat the shortening, sugar and egg.
    Sift the sifted flour, baking powder, salt and nutmeg. Stir in alternately with the milk. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes in muffin cups which have been lined with papers. While still hot, roll in 6 tablespoons melted butter and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Best served hot.
