Hungarian Stacked Baked Potato Casserole Dish(Serves 4 To 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 potatoes
    12 eggs
    1 pkg. Polish sausage (for cooking, not sandwiches)
    bread crumbs
    1 or 2 containers sour cream (can be low-fat or nonfat)
Preparation
    Boil potatoes (whole) in kettle until medium soft, then strain.
    Wait until potatoes cool, then peel them and slice them in circles.
    Spread bread crumbs on bottom of casserole dish to prevent potatoes from sticking.
    Stack one layer of potatoes to cover bottom of casserole dish.
    Slice sausage and layer (one layer) on top of potatoes.
