Golden Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    1 pt. dairy sour cream
    10 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 bunch green onions, finely chopped
    boiling salted water
    1/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. soft bread crumbs
Preparation
    Scrub potatoes and cook covered in boiling salted water until tender.
    Remove from water and cool.
    Peel potatoes and grate with coarse grater into a bowl.
    Blend in sour cream, grated Cheddar cheese, chopped green onions, milk, salt and pepper.
    Mix well and transfer to a greased 9 x 13-inch pan or baking dish.
