Mock Almond Roca - cooking recipe
Ingredients

40 saltine crackers
1 c. brown sugar
2 cubes butter
1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
slivered almonds
Preparation

Line cookie sheet with foil. Place crackers on foil. Melt butter and brown sugar and cook for 2 1/2 minutes. Pour over crackers and bake at 350\u00b0 for 5 minutes (no more). Take out of oven and sprinkle with chocolate chips. Return to oven (oven can be turned off) melt chips and spread evenly. Sprinkle with nuts while warm. Cool and break into pieces.
