Quick And Easy Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 3/4 c. water
1 c. milk
1 (6.5 oz.) pkg. instant mashed potato flakes
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
3 green onions, chopped
1 (2 oz.) jar diced pimento, drained (optional)
1 tsp. fresh or frozen chopped chives
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Combine water and milk in a heavy saucepan; bring to a boil. Remove from heat; stir in potato flakes.
Add cream cheese and remaining ingredients, stirring until blended.
Cover potatoes and keep warm.
Yields 4 servings.
