Potatoes Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 large potatoes, slice, cook and drain
    4 Tbsp. butter
    4 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. milk
    6 slices American cheese or a big chunk of Velveeta
Preparation
    Slice, cook and drain 8 large potatoes.
    In a saucepan, melt 4 tablespoons butter and add 4 tablespoons flour.
    Stir in 2 cups milk.
    Stir constantly.
    When milk gets warm, add 6 slices American cheese or Velveeta (big chunk).
    Stir until thick.
