Oven-Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    1/3 c. butter
    1 c. flour
    1 t. salt
    2 t. black pepper
    2 t. paprika
    1 t. garlic salt
    1 t. dried marjoram
    8-9 chicken pieces
Preparation
    Place the oil and butter in a shallow cooking pan (a jelly roll pan is perfect). Place in oven at 375\u00b0 to melt. Set aside. In a large paper bag, combine the flour and seasonings. Roll the chicken pieces, 3 at a time, in the melted oil/butter mixture, then drop them in the paper bag. Shake to cover. Place on a dish or waxed paper.
