Cinnamon Walnut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. all-purpose flour
2/3 c. sugar
2 1/4 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 egg
1 c. milk
3 Tbsp. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and cinnamon; mix well.
Combine egg, milk, oil and vanilla; blend well.
Add to flour mixture and stir until all dry ingredients are moistened.
Fold in 1 cup walnuts. Spoon into greased pan.
Sprinkle remaining walnuts on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Cool in pan about 10 minutes and then remove from pan.
Makes 1 loaf.
