Impossible Hamburger Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. sausage
1 1/2 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 eggs
1 c. shredded cheese

Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Grease pan.
Brown beef and onion; drain. Stir in salt and pepper; spread in plate.
Beat milk, baking mix and eggs until smooth.
Pour into plate over meat.
Bake 25 minutes.
Sprinkle with cheese and bake another 5 to 8 minutes.
