Sweet And Sour Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. shredded cabbage
1 Tbsp. salt
4 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. sesame seed oil
1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation

Sprinkle salt on shredded cabbage and mix well.
Let stand for 1 hour or more.
Squeeze off excess water from cabbage.
Mix vinegar, sesame seed oil, red and black peppers and garlic powder together.
Pour over cabbage and mix well.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
