Pineapple Chiffon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup sugar
    2 eggs
    1 can crushed pineapple (large)
    1 pkg lemon or orange jello (3 oz.)
    1 large can evaporated milk
    1 box vanilla wafers
Preparation
    Beat eggs, add sugar and pineapple.
    Bring to a boil.
    Take off stove and add jello.
    Line two pie plates with vanilla wafers. Beat (very cold) milk and fold into mixture as soon as it is cool.
    Pour into lined pie plates.
