Egg Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
3 egg yolks
1 c. Pet milk
dash of nutmeg
1 c. water
1 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
-
Mix well and pour into an unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 375\u00b0 until thick and brown on top.
May make a meringue from egg whites, if desired, and top pie.
