Bernie'S Angel Biscuits #2 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. soda
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. shortening
    1 1/2 c. buttermilk
    2 pkg. yeast
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup lukewarm water. Sift dry ingredients together. Melt Crisco and add with yeast water to dry ingredients. Mix and knead well. Roll out and cut with biscuit cutter; fold over. Brush with melted butter. Cook at 350\u00b0 for about 15 minutes.
