Dumplings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/3 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
Preparation
-
Sift flour with baking powder and salt.
Beat egg and milk, combine mixtures.
Drop batter from spoon over cabbage and cook 5 minutes uncovered.
Cover and steam 5 minutes or longer.
