Cheese Zucchini Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1/2 yellow onion, chopped
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 lb. fresh zucchini
    6 oz. grated Longhorn cheese
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can mushroom soup
Preparation
    Brown meat with onion and garlic powder.
    Drain.
    Wash zucchini and cut off ends.
    Do not peel.
    Slice.
    Cook for no more than 5 minutes in a small amount of boiling water.
    Drain.
    Grease a baking dish and put a layer of 1/2 of the meat, then 1/2 zucchini and 1/2 cheese.
    Repeat the layers.
    Mix soup and 1/4 cup water; pour over top.
    Refrigerate until ready to bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes, uncovered.
