Chinese Noodles With Steak And Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. Chinese noodles
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 medium red bell pepper, diced
    1 celery rib, sliced
    1 medium carrot, sliced
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1/2 lb. beef rib steak, cut into 2 x 1/4-inch strips
    1/2 c. dry sherry
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar
    1 Tbsp. Asian sesame oil
    1 tsp. minced fresh ginger
Preparation
    In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook noodles until tender, but still firm, 4 to 6 minutes.
    Drain and rinse under cold water; drain well.
