Low-Fat Apple Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 apples, peeled, sliced and cored
    1 c. skim milk
    2 egg whites
    2 Tbsp. applesauce
    1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. sliced almonds
Preparation
    Mix all dry ingredients.
    Mix all liquid, then mix both together. Whip it.
    Put nonstick spray on hot pan.
    Cook a little and then put nuts on top.
