Broiled Flank Steak(Low Calorie And Heart Healthy) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. beef flank steak
    3/4 c. low-calorie Italian salad dressing (you can mix your own Good Seasons Italian which only uses vinegar and water, no oil)
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/8 tsp. lemon pepper
Preparation
    Score flank steak on both sides.
    Place in shallow pan.
    Blend dressing, soy sauce and lemon pepper.
    Pour over steak and cover. Let stand at room temperature for 2 to 3 hours or overnight; turn several times.
    Place steak on rack of broiler pan.
    Broil 3-inches from heat for 5 minutes on each side for medium rare.
    (This should not be overcooked.)
