Oven Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. beef cubes
    1 can tomatoes
    1 c. celery, sliced
    6 carrots, sliced
    3 onions, sliced
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    3 Tbsp. tapioca
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together; do not brown meat.
    Cover tightly.
    Bake 6 to 8 hours in a 250\u00b0 oven.
    Potatoes may also be added.
